Revisions can be made to one of the presented options—multiple revisions across different concepts may incur extra charges.

New Order Turnaround Time
Turnaround time refers to the duration between order confirmation (with complete brief submission) and delivery of design concepts.
- Logos: 24–48 hours (minimum 48 hours for packages with 4+ concepts)
- Website Design (Home/Index or Revamp): Minimum 48 hours
- Website Development (5–7 pages): 3–5 business days
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will begin processing on Monday.
Illustrative logo concepts (involving detailed artwork) are delivered within 48–72 hours of confirmation.
Project Management (Teamwork Portal)
Infinity WebSol uses a project management system to streamline communication, transparency, and collaboration.
After signing up for a project, clients receive an email invitation to the Teamwork Portal, where they can communicate directly with their assigned Project Manager.

Refund Policy
We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the initial mockups provided. Refund requests must be submitted through our Refund Request Form, which can be obtained from our customer support team.
Refunds are processed within up to 21 business days, using the same payment method originally used.
Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
- Once revisions have been initiated.
- When designs are based on explicit client-provided ideas or sketches.
- If the client fails to communicate via the Account Area.

- For additional concepts beyond the package limit.
- For services like PPC, SEO, SMO, Content Writing, Domain Registration, or Web Hosting (non-refundable).
- If no client response is received within 10 days after design delivery.
- If more than 15 days have passed since purchase.
- Due to reasons unrelated to service quality (e.g., change of mind, disagreement with partner).
After a refund is issued, all design rights revert to Infinity WebSol. The client forfeits all ownership and usage rights.

For eCommerce websites, we may include 10–30 sample products. Clients must provide product details such as names, prices, images, and shipping policies.
Infinity WebSol will handle CMS setup and eCommerce management as part of the project scope.
